Gather and analyze business requirements, map processes to Salesforce features, configure Sales/Service Cloud and Communities, implement CTI, Live Agent, Knowledge Management, and Entitlements, support pre-sales scoping and estimates, run requirement workshops, and coordinate delivery with client PMs and offshore teams.
