The role also drives process improvements, automation, system initiatives, documentation, and stakeholder partnerships while ensuring accurate payments and strong financial controls.

Own and scale Thuma’s People Operations infrastructure, including Rippling administration, HRIS data integrity, performance cycles, compensation programs, benefits, compliance, leaves, onboarding, communications, and people reporting. Lead process improvements, vendor management, audits, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and employees. Use AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve the employee experience.
