Requires strong organizational skills and ability to work independently amid interruptions.

Manage partner-facing customer success outcomes (NPS/CSAT, retention, renewals, expansion). Coach partner CSMs, handle escalations, advise on policy/licenses, and contribute to customer success best practices.

Sell third-party logistics services using an existing book of business and new business development. Prospect, quote, negotiate and book freight, source and contract carriers, coordinate shipments end-to-end, manage customer and carrier relationships, resolve transit issues, and maintain accurate CRM records while optimizing margins and revenue.

Coordinate and implement training and technical assistance programs, develop project plans and curricula, lead applicant selection and training sessions, manage logistics and presenter relations, and support the Senior Project Manager to ensure successful program delivery across multiple youth justice and restorative practice initiatives.

Manage the dealership finance department to maximize profitability and product penetration. Maintain PVR and VSC targets, track lender portfolios, ensure timely paperwork, support sales team, enforce proper selling methods, and provide excellent customer service and professional leadership.

Designs and delivers sales enablement programs and coaching across sales, SE, and CS teams to drive behavioral change. Facilitates onboarding, analyzes conversation intelligence, builds effective content from briefs, partners with leaders, and continuously improves enablement to impact retention and quota attainment.
