Manage Lemonade’s global treasury operations, including banking relationships, cash positioning, forecasting, investments, foreign exchange exposure, hedging recommendations, intercompany arrangements, treasury controls, and audit support. Partner with Finance and Accounting on treasury initiatives while ensuring liquidity and regulatory needs support the company’s global growth.

Administer government and commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, compliance, modifications, subcontract administration, milestone tracking, audits, and closeout. Own engineering change control, PLM administration, configuration management, and product data governance for complex robotic products. Administer workflows, access, lifecycle states, BOMs, revisions, and engineering releases; coordinate Change Control Board activities; monitor process metrics; and support PLM, ERP, Jira, and related system integrations. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, product, service, and IT teams to assess change impacts, improve processes, maintain data integrity, and implement system enhancements.

Build and launch AI-powered developer tools, including automated code review, quality gates, test generation, and codebase-aware agents. Integrate these capabilities into Slack, Git, CI/CD, IDEs, and internal platforms. Establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, and reliability standards while measuring adoption, cycle time, review load, defects, and developer satisfaction. Drive technical direction, architecture, security, governance, build-versus-buy decisions, and continuous improvement of the developer experience.

Lead strategic insights and market research projects for B2B clients, translating quantitative survey and statistical analysis into actionable recommendations. Manage client engagements, design surveys using methodologies such as conjoint and MaxDiff, present findings to nontechnical stakeholders, develop commercial offers, and coach Associates. The role supports marketing, product development, and strategic planning while helping build NewtonX’s professional services capabilities.

Serve as strategic finance partner to the US Commercial team—drive trade spend planning and ROI analysis, support go-to-market and joint business plans, lead trade reviews and forecasting, deliver executive presentations, and implement trade policies and process improvements to drive profitable net sales growth.
