Serves as a technical advisor supporting sales of enterprise networking solutions. Responsibilities include customer discovery, network architecture, RF planning, WLAN design, BOMs, proposals, demos, proofs of concept, competitive evaluations, executive presentations, technical training, troubleshooting, partner development, and collaboration with Product and Engineering. The role requires extensive customer-facing pre-sales experience, strong networking and wireless expertise, sales performance, communication skills, CRM proficiency, and travel of up to 50–60% within the assigned territory.

Manages the daily operations and maturation of a federated enterprise data governance program. Leads governance councils and stewardship groups, defines roles, develops policies and guidance, drives stakeholder adoption and training, and advances data quality, metadata, lineage, and issue resolution practices. Partners with legal, privacy, security, compliance, business, technical, and external stakeholders while maintaining governance documentation, monitoring program performance, and coordinating approvals and improvements.

Owns enterprise database platforms, including SQL Server and Azure databases, with responsibility for administration, performance, security, availability, backup and recovery, disaster readiness, automation, incident response, and compliance. Develops database tooling and deployment workflows using PowerShell, T-SQL, and Python; supports cloud adoption, observability, capacity planning, and platform modernization. Partners with Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Operations, AI/ML, Security, Compliance, and Architecture teams while serving as the primary database subject matter expert.

Develop and maintain demand forecasts, monitor inventory across sales channels, manage category-level ordering, communicate with suppliers, and identify supply chain risks and process improvements. The Planner collaborates with sales, marketing, production, logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to support product launches, ensure timely deliveries, and optimize inventory levels.

Provides structural and geotechnical engineering support for trench safety operations. Evaluates site conditions, designs temporary shoring and excavation systems, prepares sealed site-specific drawings and calculations, ensures compliance with engineering and OSHA standards, supports sales representatives, estimates project costs, develops customer proposals, and maintains professional licensure across multiple states or provinces.

Oversee revenue and cost accounting for the Endocrinology and Oncology divisions, including revenue close, gross-to-net adjustments, inventory accounting, government pricing, audits, SOX compliance, and accounting policies. Lead automation and system enhancements, partner with manufacturing and external providers, support product launches, and manage a high-performing accounting team. Ensure accurate GAAP reporting, financial analysis, operational decision-making, and compliance for a publicly traded biotech company.

Develops knowledge strategy and resources for exempt organizations and personal planning legal practices. Evaluates and supports AI and legal technology adoption, creates precedents and training materials, monitors legislative and legal developments, publishes client alerts, maintains practice intelligence dashboards, supports pitches and RFPs, and mentors attorneys on legal research and knowledge resources.

Provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and monthly close support for IT. Prepare intercompany reconciliations and journal entries, analyze expenses, support billing initiatives, distribute financial reports, partner with cross-functional teams, and assist with budget/forecast loading into Oracle. Support presentations to leadership and lead special projects.

Own the complete enterprise sales cycle for Cursor, from outbound prospecting through close. Build pipeline, acquire new logos, exceed revenue targets, develop executive and technical stakeholder relationships, guide product trials and rollouts, quantify ROI, execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Manages approximately 500 communications campaigns and projects annually, serving as the primary project manager for the communications team. Writes and edits promotional, informational, operational, web, and technical content; coordinates reviews, approvals, printing, delivery, invoicing, and project closeout. Maintains the team calendar in Wrike, sets milestones, manages feedback, and collaborates with university partners and marketing communications teams. Requires strong writing, editing, communications planning, and multi-project management skills.
