Make outbound calls to small and mid-sized businesses to sell Sparklight broadband, phone, and cable services. Follow up with existing customers to upsell, answer product questions, and log accurate customer data in Salesforce. Use discovery questions to identify needs, close sales, and provide high-level customer service. Maintain product knowledge and support local businesses' connectivity needs.

Onsite junior recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, manage job postings and ATS, build candidate pipelines, maintain candidate communication, track metrics, and move candidates through the hiring process.

Support senior civil engineers on municipal water and wastewater projects by performing basic design tasks, hydraulic calculations, CAD coordination, site investigations, data collection, and construction-phase documentation while learning multidisciplinary engineering practices.
