Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consult with leadership proactively to understand business needs and staffing requirements; collaboratively developing a talent plan for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications and set requirements to screen candidates effectively and efficiently
- Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions
- Manage all aspects of the job posting process
- Leverage various resources to source qualified candidates
- Proactively build relationships with potential candidates, creating a pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs
- Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system
- Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their application(s).
- Efficiently move selected candidates through the hiring process
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- At least two years of full cycle recruiting experience and/or experience supporting a Recruiting Department
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in sourcing passive candidates.
- Understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to track and present metrics on a monthly basis.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
