Serve as strategic HR partner for Phoenix (and Prescott) sites: coach leaders, manage employee relations and investigations, ensure compliance, lead full-cycle recruitment, improve retention, and support learning and development.

Support B2B and digital marketing by organizing and routing creative assets, coordinating agencies and designers, maintaining DAM systems, executing email campaigns, managing AI workflows in Claude, pulling analytics, updating website/content, supporting leasing events and onboarding properties, and proofing deliverables.

Make outbound calls to small and mid-sized businesses to sell Sparklight broadband, phone, and cable services. Follow up with existing customers to upsell, answer product questions, and log accurate customer data in Salesforce. Use discovery questions to identify needs, close sales, and provide high-level customer service. Maintain product knowledge and support local businesses' connectivity needs.

Provide technical sales consultancy for Test & Measurement products: qualify requirements, support Account Managers, demo products, create solutions and presentations, deliver training, convert leads to opportunities, and maintain customer relationships while collaborating with product management.

Manage academic and career technical training programs, supervise Education & Training staff, ensure student progress and program completion, meet DOL/company performance goals, maintain data integrity and confidentiality, develop community partnerships, provide staff training and performance management, and support student behavior and success.
