Lead Procurement Finance for North America Ventures, driving commodity and forex planning, cost optimization, forecasting, variance analysis, and productivity initiatives. Partner with Procurement, CPRM, Treasury, Supply Chain and Finance teams to align strategies, maintain controls, and improve processes. Manage a finance team, support business decisions, and deliver transparent, automated financial reporting to meet regional objectives.

Perform finance planning and performance tasks under guidance of Finance Manager: data collection, integrity checks, reconciliations, basic controls, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling support, ad hoc analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives within a regional/country finance scope.

Support automation and standardization of accounting reports and processes across countries; build dashboards for financial KPIs; execute local accounting requirements, reconciliations, and accounting operations; document and digitize policies and procedures. Collaborate with team; requires Excel, BI, PowerPoint, AI familiarity; active student status and English.

The role involves supporting internal control processes, conducting risk analyses, ensuring policy compliance, and providing training, aiming to improve internal governance and efficiency.

Under close supervision, classify and analyze accounting records, prepare financial reports and statements, support U.S. GAAP reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, KPIs, fixed assets, restructuring and intercompany charges, assist audits, and perform special projects while driving process improvements within Accounting & External Reporting.

Support FP&A activities under guidance of Finance Manager/Senior Analyst: maintain finance transactions, collect data, perform controls, prepare forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, ad-hoc analyses, and process improvement initiatives.

Lead end-to-end financial management for the Sricity CAPEX program: CAPEX planning, procurement controls, cash and payables, fixed asset lifecycle (CWIP, capitalization, depreciation), contract financial review, and audit readiness. Partner with site, engineering, procurement, cash COE, legal and regional finance to ensure disciplined spend, vendor controls, and capitalization aligned to project milestones.

Manage financial planning and performance for a defined scope within AMEA exports: data collection and validation, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, compliance, stakeholder business partnering, process improvements, people or third‑party management, and driving FP&A talent development.

You will support financial performance reporting, promotional evaluations, data integrity checks, compliance adherence, and assist cross-functional projects within the finance team.
