Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Uniquely Yours.
As the Analyst, Finance Planning & Performance, you will own the end-to-end Gross-to-Net (G2N) planning, reporting, and forecasting activities within Commercial Finance. You will ensure accurate net revenue calculations, IBP planning alignment, and timely financial reporting that directly supports business decision-making. Acting as the key finance contact for the Sales function on accrual-related matters, you will play a critical role in the weekly planning and month-end closing cycles.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Drive Net Revenue Reporting & G2N Forecasting - Manage the full cycle of Gross-to-Net, including monetization of APO volumes in base price, G2N finalization, and revaluation calculations. Load finalized data into local SQL tools, monitor on-invoice G2N by bucket for price list activations, and ensure end-to-end G2N planning is synced to the Outlook and weekly posting processes. Export and process SAFIR reports, orders, and invoices, prepare and validate weekly cube data, and perform net revenue calculations to support downstream teams including Accounts Receivable.
- Execute IBP Planning & SAC Reporting - Load net revenue data into IBP 360 in local currency, perform validation in both LCL and USD, prepare files for loading into SAC, and confirm outputs with relevant stakeholders on a recurring weekly basis to maintain planning cycle integrity.
- Manage Risks & Opportunities (R&O) - Validate and consolidate R&O inputs from cross-functional teams including CP&A. Calculate and prepare R&O into G2N percentages for loading into the planning cycle, and update R&O templates with new cycle inputs covering Gross Sales, G2N, and COGS components. Coordinate closely with multiple teams to ensure accuracy and completeness ahead of key decision meetings.
- Lead Month-End Closing & Accruals - Calculate accruals and releases for posting in SAP in line with finance principles. Consolidate estimations based on CS&L inputs, reflect all accruals and releases based on orders, and validate net revenue actuals across OPAL, SAP, IBP 360, SAC, and local SQL tools. Process invoices, consolidate sales order lists for the OTC team, and ensure a clear tie-out between accruals and the POP process. Serve as the primary Sales function contact for all accrual-related matters.
- Support Additional Finance Activities - Manage SIP G2N targets, maintain the Additional Trade Investment (TI) Tracker by reconciling actuals versus forecast and tracking SI accumulation by bucket. Prepare posting files for TREA WP and Flash cycles, provide forex inputs for cycle loading, support MEC activities, and handle ad-hoc analytical requests from the business.
- Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment within your area of scope and ensure full compliance with Mondelēz policies and external regulations.
- Embrace continuous improvement - Support projects to improve efficiencies and ways of working, leveraging technology to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team - Invest in your personal development and the development of your Finance peers.

- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, macros, data modeling), working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules), experience with planning tools (SAC, IBP 360, or similar), familiarity with SQL-based reporting tools, and experience with SAFIR or similar trade management systems. - BUSINESS ACUMEN - 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or net revenue management, preferably within the FMCG/CPG industry. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
