Oversee weekly payroll for union and non-union employees, ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and certified payroll, manage payroll taxes and reporting, resolve payroll issues, maintain records and pay tables, support audits, coordinate with HR/Operations/Project teams, and lead and train payroll staff.
