The Financial Specialist Assistant performs business and financial functions including billing, accounts receivable, Medicaid application processing, and administrative duties, while ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting office efficiency.

Process and audit payroll data, resolve payroll inquiries from intake to resolution, support Workday and UKG (Kronos) systems, prepare reconciliations and audit documentation, collaborate with HR/Finance partners, maintain payroll records, and create process documentation to ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations.
