The CAG Associate will support mergers and acquisitions, perform financial analyses, conduct research, and develop client presentations within a collaborative team.

Produce well-documented workpapers, tax positions, and recommendations for mock real-world exercises. Remote, contractor role with practical exercises for assessment.

Lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for senior leadership. Own annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, Board and investor financial messaging, financial modeling for acquisitions and strategic initiatives, G&A and CapEx analysis, and support SEC reporting. Partner cross-functionally to drive margin, pricing, cost productivity, and capital allocation decisions.

Own reporting infrastructure, processes and systems for Corporate FP&A. Drive financial close, planning and reforecast cycles, GAAP/Non‑GAAP bridging, board and audit committee reporting, investor relations support, and partner with accounting, tax and treasury to deliver financial guidance and performance accountability.

Manage accounting department for a construction and property management company: oversee cash and debt management, monthly financial reporting, tax and regulatory filings, internal controls, advanced accounting tasks (depreciation, intercompany charges, property transactions), document retention, and supervise hiring, performance, and discipline of accounting staff. Support CFO, division managers, and owners with financial analysis and forecasting.

Lead corporate partnership tax compliance and planning, research complex tax positions, manage audits and controversy, support tax accounting (ASC 740), collaborate on tax forecasting and cross-functional initiatives, and drive process improvements using digital tools and data literacy.
