Lead and manage the IT support/help desk team, oversee ticketing and SLA adherence, escalate and resolve complex technical issues, onboard and train staff, allocate workloads, document solutions, ensure HIPAA-compliant practices, and drive continuous improvement across support functions.

Provide onsite and remote frontline IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage Windows systems and Microsoft Office, handle incidents via ITSM tools, support onboarding/offboarding and equipment deployments, maintain asset inventory, coordinate vendor repairs, assist with A/V conferencing, and follow security and change management procedures.

Manage incidents and service requests in ITSM tools, support onboarding/offboarding and equipment deployments, assist with A/V and meeting room tech, maintain asset inventory, coordinate vendor repairs, and follow IT security and change management procedures.

Provide white-glove IT support to the CEO, executive leadership, Board and assistants; manage HQ site IT operations, conference room AV, event and offsite board meeting tech, vendor relationships, procurement, and ServiceNow-based incident management. Ensure flawless exec device and meeting experiences and provide on-call/after-hours support.

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, systems, and network hardware/software. Offer remote support via desktop mirroring and remote access tools, diagnose and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, and mentor junior staff. Position requires TS/SCI w/Poly and CompTIA Security+ certification.

Provide frontline IT support for clinical and corporate users: manage phone/chat/ticket queues, troubleshoot Windows/macOS/iOS hardware and software, administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), monitor Entra ID and service health, automate with PowerShell, and collaborate with MSP to maintain secure, high-availability operations.

Support and integrate OT and lab applications for manufacturing and R&D: gather requirements, manage application lifecycles (development, CSV, vendor management, releases), troubleshoot systems/infrastructure/databases, and lead multiple IT/OT projects while coordinating with global IT and site stakeholders.

Manage overall IT and network operations for a large DoD contract: set strategies, policies, budgets, and procedures; develop and run network operations programs; lead dispersed teams to secure integrated and distributed networks; perform other assigned duties.
