Embedded Embedded IT Manager

Position Summary

The Embedded IT Manager serves as the primary technology point of contact for assigned enterprise clients throughout the Omaha metropolitan area. This role works closely with client leadership, employees, vendors, and InfiNet teams to keep technology initiatives moving, solve operational challenges, and make sure the client’s technology supports the way their business actually works.

The role is expected to resolve technical issues directly when they fall within its scope and bring in additional InfiNet expertise when appropriate.

The Embedded IT Manager also serves as an important connection between the client and InfiNet, advocating for client needs while helping clients take full advantage of InfiNet’s technical expertise, services, and resources.
