Perform original and copy cataloging of monographs and serials (primarily U.S. federal publications) using OCLC Connexion and MARC21/RDA/AACR2 standards; update bibliographic records, assign LCSH and authorized headings, manage holdings and serial patterns, research name authorities, and maintain metrics and activity reports.

Support the Data & Analytics team by developing search queries, gathering and organizing social/digital data, detecting trends in large datasets, and turning findings into client-ready insights and deliverables. Learn analytical tools and assist internal AI projects.

Lead Workday reporting and analytics for HR: design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports and integration data sources; manage reporting projects end-to-end; partner with HR COEs and HR Technology; mentor report writers; ensure data quality, governance, and audit readiness; and help extend analytics via Prism or Power BI and adopt AI-assisted capabilities.

Lead enterprise data strategy, architecture, governance, and analytics to create a unified, federated data ecosystem. Build scalable platforms and capabilities, enable self-service BI and advanced analytics, drive AI enablement, steward data governance and quality, and lead change management, talent strategy, and adoption across global teams to support programs, fundraising, and operations.

Lead development and execution of measurement and insights strategies for B2B clients. Analyze earned/social/web data, conduct secondary research, build measurement frameworks and dashboards, present strategic recommendations, mentor junior staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance and business impact.

This position involves supporting client-based data analytics and engineering projects, utilizing SQL, Python, or R, and presenting findings clearly.
