Creates career development programs and leads learning specialists while consulting with operational leaders and presenting to employees at all levels.

Rapidly prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI-native product features (LLM agents, natural-language interfaces, human-in-the-loop flows, RAG). Build secure, reliable data pipelines, observability, and scalable architectures; run experiments, measurement harnesses, and work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features.

Provide on-site IT support for a 100+ distributed workforce: manage help desk, onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning and lifecycles, administer SaaS apps and MDM, maintain on‑prem storage/networking and backups, manage endpoint security and OS/software updates, and support media post‑production infrastructure and backups.

Leads organization-wide talent acquisition strategy and recruiting operations, including sourcing, screening, selection, employment branding, workforce planning, and recruiting analytics. Manages and coaches a recruiting team, partners with business and HR leaders, advises hiring managers, oversees hard-to-fill searches, ensures employment-law compliance, and continuously improves recruiting processes, technology, and candidate attraction initiatives.
