Serve as the on-site authority for daily contract operations at Ft. Huachuca. Oversee staffing, training, reporting, compliance, and PWS execution; coordinate with government leadership; lead complex projects and provide technical and professional leadership for program delivery.

Provide first-line IT support and maintain systems security and availability. Install, configure, patch, and monitor servers; manage accounts and access; perform backups, recovery, and hardware repairs; document procedures and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., OFAC, BSA/AML, Privacy).

Support hardware development from requirements and architecture to production: PCB CAD (Altium, Circuit Studio, Eagle, KiCad), prototyping, manufacturing documentation (Gerber, BOM), testing with oscilloscopes/multimeters/spectrum analyzers, certification support (EMC, radio, electrical safety), EMS supplier consulting and on-site manufacturing support, and participation in eco-design and product lifecycle analyses.

Lead and grow on-campus and off-site innovation labs; provide hands-on technical mentorship to student builders; oversee lab operations, safety, tooling, and project pipelines; run workshops and classes; develop new programs, partnerships, and facilities; drive prototypes from idea to working systems and support fundraising and external collaborations.

The Applied Engineering Lead will oversee the development and operation of a new engineering laboratory, mentor students, and liaise with industry partners for curriculum relevance.

Manage invoice processing, 3-way matching, vendor payments, reconciliations, expense report review, AP sub-ledger maintenance, month-end close support, vendor communication, and ad hoc accounting projects.

Lead regional business development and consultative sales for non-hazardous industrial waste and environmental services. Lead development, maintenance, and production-readiness of an end-to-end robotic workforce: robot and teleoperation design, control systems, fleet control and navigation optimization, hardware-software integration, sensor data pipelines, and delivery of production systems while mentoring and unblocking the team.
