The Technical Sales Manager will generate specifications, drive growth through distributors, conduct product presentations, and manage relationships with contractors, achieving sales targets in the Southwestern US.

Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite, including calendar and board meeting management, Arizona-based event and donor coordination, travel and expense reporting, and confidential project support. Occasional travel and on-site event support required.

Lead sales and marketing to drive occupancy and referrals for a senior living community. Manage outreach, tours, admissions, CRM/sales reporting, marketing plans, advertising, budgets, and community relationships. Coordinate with leadership and vendors, train backup staff, and support resident interactions and confidentiality.

Manage overall materials and supply chain functions including inventory, production control, scheduling, shipping/receiving, vendor relations, strategic sourcing, and process improvements to ensure on-time customer deliveries and operational efficiency.

Lead Oracle CPQ product strategy and roadmap for sales quoting and Q2O processes. Translate business needs into features, prioritize backlog, oversee delivery, UAT, deployments, integrations, and drive user adoption through training and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, use data to prioritize, optimize processes, and surface emerging trends to senior leadership.

Manage inbound and outbound sales at the Phoenix branch, meet monthly sales targets, handle counter/phone/email inquiries, create quotes and orders in Sage 100, resolve customer issues, lead and coach the counter team, prospect for new business, and maintain product knowledge.
