The Post Implementation Director works with existing Sage Intacct customers to enhance platform use, lead discovery sessions, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Lead cross-functional program management to define operational and systems strategy, prioritize and execute a scalable roadmap, optimize processes, oversee governance and documentation, and use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and client experience across retirement and benefits platforms.

Own and prioritize the mobile product backlog and roadmap, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with UX, engineering, and QA, lead Agile ceremonies, monitor delivery and quality, conduct UAT, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement of mobile applications.
