Supports commercial and contractual management across Airbus projects, including opportunity development, bid support, contract agreements, changes, risk mitigation, governance, negotiation, and stakeholder management. The role initially works alongside a Commercial and Contracts Manager before taking ownership of assigned projects and progressing into management responsibilities. Process wages, deductions, taxes, commissions, benefits, and employee changes using ADP Workforce Now. Ensure multistate compliance, resolve tax issues, reconcile payroll and retirement contributions, conduct audits, prepare reports, maintain records, and support employees with payroll inquiries.

Provides excellent member and guest service while driving membership sales, renewals, retention, and program enrollment. Coordinates registrations, supports membership procedures and financial transactions, resolves customer concerns, organizes membership events, and represents the YMCA in the community. Leads ACH, wire, instant payment, and check processing operations; manages complex exceptions, fraud prevention, compliance, balancing, and risk controls. Serves as the payment operations subject matter expert, providing guidance, training, mentoring, and process documentation support without direct supervisory authority.
