Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and close activities, calculate and process sales commissions, reconcile commission accruals/payments, produce financial and commission reports, investigate discrepancies, support audits, forecasting, and collaborate with Sales, HR, Payroll, and Finance.

Manage monthly billing operations: create/update billing subscriptions, consolidate usage reports, run billing, reconcile volumes, handle invoice disputes and credit memos, liaise with Sales/Support, support audits, and use financial systems (Workday/NetSuite).

Responsible for supervising US and international tax compliance, leading a tax team, filing tax returns, conducting audits, and advising on tax issues.

Manage daily cash flow, oversee bank accounts, and ensure liquidity. Process vendor payments and handle reconciliations and month-end activities.

Manage day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, GL), reconciliations, vendor and revenue invoicing, payroll support, month-end/year-end closes, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, PT, ESI), audits, and financial reporting using Excel and ERP systems.

Prepare tax returns, develop tax strategies, collaborate with teams and auditors for compliance in US and international tax matters.

Plan and execute SOX compliance activities including RCM reviews, drafting control language, performing walkthroughs, Test of Design and Operating Effectiveness, documenting observations, supporting remediation, and preparing leadership updates.

Lead revenue assurance: consolidate and reconcile revenues across streams, manage a team of 4–5, maintain SOX documentation, present monthly results, drive automation and process improvements, manage deferred revenue and variance analysis, and coordinate external audits.

Responsible for preparing SEC filings, enhancing financial reporting through collaboration with legal and accounting teams, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
