Provide local and remote IT support for Affirm's NYC office, maintain Zoom Rooms/AV, monitor security and malware, manage provisioning/deprovisioning, administer enterprise systems, and support office network and IT assets while enforcing compliance and documentation.

Handle inbound calls to retain clients enrolled in financial hardship programs by educating, deescalating upset clients, assessing finances, documenting interactions in the CRM, proposing customized solutions, and meeting retention targets while delivering empathetic, high-quality customer service.
