Build and operate governed Finance data infrastructure on Databricks, including scalable pipelines, integrations, semantic layers, data-quality controls, observability, and AI-enabled services. Partner with analytics and enterprise teams on architecture, data contracts, security, recoverability, and production ownership. Optimize platform costs through FinOps practices and use AI coding assistants while validating performance, correctness, and security.

Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Risk, Controls, and CDAO to improve data quality, metadata, regulatory alignment, and governance effectiveness. Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and modern data platforms to scale data management outcomes.

Supports quarterly operational reporting by collecting, validating, and analyzing customer and transaction data. Investigates discrepancies, anomalies, revenue leakage, and reporting variances; performs root cause analysis; maintains audit trails; and provides actionable insights to stakeholders. The role also supports billing and financial reporting impacts, process improvements, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, reporting governance, customer guidance, and quarterly close activities.

Develop and monitor fraud-detection models and pattern-recognition algorithms for lending products. Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL, identify emerging fraud trends, and collaborate with Fraud Operations to refine features and reduce false positives and negatives. Conduct ad hoc analyses, recommend risk and verification strategies, communicate findings to cross-functional partners, and support improvements to underwriting and verification processes.

The AI Analyst Co-op will use Python, HTML, SQL, APIs, and AI tools to generate scalable insights for go-to-market teams. Responsibilities include personalizing BDR outreach by buyer persona, distributing market insights across sales, marketing, and partner resources, and collaborating with Platform Advisory. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving persistence, and an understanding of technology’s role in improving operational efficiency.

Collects, processes, vets, and analyzes geospatial and statistical data using Esri tools, Power BI, Python, or R. Supports research projects, client meetings, reports, presentations, dashboards, technical assistance, and proposal development. Works on focused project tasks under supervision while communicating findings clearly and maintaining project information and spending records. The role is hybrid in Houston and includes travel to client sites.

Build and maintain Databricks data pipelines using SparkSQL and PySpark; ingest, transform, model, and validate healthcare data from payer, provider, platform, and API sources. Support automated file exchanges, dashboards, downstream workflows, testing, governance, access controls, and audit logging. Participate in design and code reviews, use AI coding tools responsibly, and progressively own data engineering work while handling protected health information.

Develop and improve mathematical models for trading strategies, conduct research and statistical analysis in a fast-paced team environment.

Supports data pipeline development, data modeling, wrangling, semantic layers, dashboards, and reporting using SQL, Python, AWS, and Snowflake. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions and applies data governance, security, and quality practices. This co-op is designed for a currently enrolled university student available January 11 through June 25, 2027, and willing to relocate to Framingham, Massachusetts.
