Own Hive’s live US customer operations in Texas, including operator recruitment, training, shift coverage, safety, quality, KPIs, customer communication, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. The Assistant Manager Trainee will guide sales teams, achieve sales targets, assist with recruitment and training, and negotiate contracts with clients.

Manage school operations including logistics, budgeting, testing, transportation, nutrition, staff supervision, and strategic projects. Support Director of School Operations, ensure compliance (e.g., ServSafe), run schoolwide systems (arrival, lunch, dismissal), and lead direct reports to maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-performing school environment.

Participate in an 18-month operations management training program to learn customer relationship management, maintenance and asset coordination, cost control, PM scheduling, technician work planning, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Requires willingness to relocate after training.
