Lead Cohere’s Data Foundation pillar, managing a team responsible for the full data lifecycle. Own the roadmap, BigQuery warehouse, Airflow and Cloud Run orchestration, dbt modeling, Looker and API serving, Terraform infrastructure, governance, access controls, reliability, incident response, and data freshness SLAs. Lead development of an agentic analytics platform and evaluation framework, establish company-wide analytics standards, and partner with product, engineering, security, legal, and business teams.

Leads the centralized product item setup function within Data Governance. Manages the team, intake channel, stage-gate workflow, data validation, governed item creation, and downstream release. Coordinates Product, suppliers, logistics, pricing, stewardship, and quality teams to ensure complete and standards-aligned product data. Provides expert guidance on data platforms, governance, context-layer architectures, AI integrations, and secure enterprise infrastructure. Develops market insights, advises executive clients, delivers presentations, supports sales, reviews content, mentors analysts, and improves research processes. Requires strong research, writing, analytical, presentation, communication, business, and technical skills, with up to 25% travel.

Develop and optimize Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence analytics, reporting, semantic models, data integrations, and augmentation solutions. The role supports Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM data, including OTBI, BI Publisher, ODI, ETL, SQL, and PL/SQL development. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, data cleansing and validation, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to an ERP analytics roadmap. This is an onsite role in Des Moines, Las Vegas, or Portland, with an initial 3–4 month W2 engagement.

Lead architecture and technical direction for critical data pipelines and domain data products. Design ingestion, transformation, modeling, and serving systems; establish standards for data quality, observability, testing, privacy, reliability, and cost optimization. Partner with product, analytics, and platform teams to deliver trusted datasets, mentor engineers, conduct reviews, evaluate technologies, manage technical debt, and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders. Experience with distributed processing, multi-cloud platforms, batch and streaming pipelines, orchestration, and dimensional modeling is required.

Leads the Emerging & Established Marketing Analytics insights function, building and coaching an analyst team while owning full-funnel performance narratives across brands and markets. Translates experimentation and measurement outputs into recommendations, delivers executive-level insights, manages senior stakeholders, establishes scalable analytical frameworks, and partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Science, BI, and Operations.

Own the go-to-market master data management roadmap and governance model for accounts, contacts, and organizational hierarchies. Define golden record, matching, merging, survivorship, data quality, stewardship, and SLA standards across Salesforce, billing, finance, marketing, product, support, and warehouse systems. Partner with engineering, systems, finance, legal, and security teams to implement integrations, privacy controls, data products, and remediation programs. Report data health, risks, and business impact to leadership.

Lead and mentor a product analytics team that diagnoses product performance, evaluates launches, defines trusted KPIs, and drives strategic decisions. Oversee rigorous experimentation, causal inference, cohort analysis, metric governance, and telemetry standards. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Design, and Finance leaders to translate analysis into recommendations. Promote AI-native workflows using tools such as Claude Code while ensuring analytical quality, code validation, and clear executive communication.

Leads marketing science and commercial analytics initiatives, including Power BI dashboards, data modeling, marketing effectiveness measurement, segmentation, ROI and incrementality analysis, and strategic reporting. Partners with Data Engineering and IT teams to build scalable Snowflake and Power BI solutions, identify growth opportunities, support business planning, and manage multiple analytics projects and stakeholder expectations.
