Partners with HR functional and governance teams, translates business needs into reporting requirements, maintains data lineage and compliance documentation, and uses AI tools to improve report development and data quality.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows using Python, PySpark, and SQL. Improve data quality, reliability, architecture, and governance while supporting analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, use Azure DevOps for CI/CD and release management, and mentor junior engineers. The role also involves API integration, cloud data platforms, testing, version control, and contributing to engineering best practices.

Leads business intelligence strategy, operational reporting, dashboard development, analytics, metric governance, secure reporting, and BI modernization. Translates stakeholder needs into reporting products; manages report inventory, rationalization, validation, testing, user acceptance, data quality, production support, and automated decision-support reporting. The role supports acquisition, contracting, financial, and enterprise mission systems while modernizing legacy capabilities using Appian and shared IL5/IL6 codebases.
