Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Developer

Infiligence is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Developer to join our high-performing consulting team. As a fast-growing platform engineering and digital transformation company, Infiligence empowers businesses to thrive through advanced, scalable, and intelligent technology solutions. You'll play a critical role in architecting analytics and reporting solutions, enabling clients to extract actionable insights from their Oracle Fusion investments.

This is a full-time, W2 position with Infiligence for an initial term of 3–4 months. Outstanding performers may be considered for direct conversion to a full-time employee with the end client, unlocking additional long-term benefits.

Remote work is not available; all work must be performed onsite at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and extend advanced reporting and data augmentation solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAW).

• Collaborate directly with business users and implementation teams to understand requirements and configure custom analytics.

• Build, maintain, and optimize FDI/FAW semantic models, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.

• Ensure high data integrity through effective cleansing, validation, and processing best practices.

• Manage data models and integrations tailored to Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.

• Support the definition and execution of a strategic data roadmap for ERP analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in analytics/reporting roles, including hands-on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAW), OTBI, and BI Publisher.

• Advanced skills in Oracle ERP & HCM data structures (e.g., PVOs, star schemas).

• Strong proficiency with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and ETL tools on OCI.

• Advanced SQL & PL/SQL capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Analytics for enterprise-scale clients.

• Familiarity with integrating non-Oracle data sources for analytics.

• Relevant Oracle certifications.

Work Location

• Onsite only: Des Moines, IA; Las Vegas, NV; or Portland, OR.

• No remote or hybrid work permitted.

Employment Type
