Identify and sell Insperity’s HR services and technology to small and midsized businesses. Build relationships with business owners and C-suite executives, develop sales pipelines through networking and company-sponsored events, conduct virtual and in-person consultations, achieve management-set sales goals, complete contract bid paperwork, and facilitate the new-client onboarding process.

Supports Wealth Management Compliance by conducting regulatory surveillance, assessing product and transaction suitability, reviewing client-facing marketing materials, advising business teams on regulatory and client issues, and participating in compliance initiatives. The role collaborates daily with Wealth Management, Legal, Operations, and Compliance teams and requires strong analytical, communication, judgment, and risk-assessment skills.

Supports engineering teams with design documentation, AutoCAD and Revit drawings, mechanical system calculations and sizing, field investigations, and construction site observations. Participates in intern education sessions and collaborates with engineers on MEP projects. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and be at least a second-year student. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, design software, and MS Office is beneficial.

Design, implement, and automate mainframe system management to minimize manual intervention. Architect high-availability z/OS automation across subsystems, lead process reengineering, develop reusable automation solutions, produce technical documentation, and provide consulting and mentorship to improve operational reliability.

Supports flight operations, airworthiness, safety documentation, risk analysis, technical deliverables, and operational data assessment for experimental aircraft. Collaborates with engineering, flight test, operations, and program teams to develop accurate airworthiness artifacts, identify process gaps, and advance certification and program milestones.
