Designs mechanical and process piping systems for industrial and manufacturing projects. Responsibilities include stress analysis, piping specifications, calculations, material take-offs, cost studies, vendor and fabrication drawing reviews, construction support, field data collection, and startup assistance. The engineer coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, checks other engineers’ work, supports procurement packages, develops construction specifications, and provides technical guidance to junior personnel.

Performs front-office administration, including teammate training and support, payroll and HR recordkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, cash handling, customer service, and monitoring compliance with company procedures.

Manage daily accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing reports and budgets, conducting audits, coordinating with external auditors, processing payroll, and supporting accounting staff. Ensure compliance with financial standards and company policies while improving accounting systems and collaborating across departments.

Provide financial guidance across project lifecycles including budgeting, profitability analysis, cash and invoice management, revenue recognition, forecasting EAC, variance investigation, and contract compliance. Support billing, generate reports, escalate performance issues, mentor associates, and collaborate with project managers and cash teams to optimize financial performance.

Provides Tier 1 technical support to public safety organization clients through phone, chat, email, and remote desktop tools. Troubleshoots applications, hardware, and basic network connectivity; documents cases in Zendesk; escalates complex issues; educates users; identifies recurring problems; improves documentation; and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Manage the product deployment team’s frontline performance, queue assignments, deployment velocity, quality assurance, and go-live delivery. Resolve dealer, OEM, vendor, configuration, and installation escalations; coach specialists; support technical and contracting inquiries; partner with Sales and Client Success; improve tooling and processes; assist with capacity planning; and lead special projects and leadership development.

Prospect and develop employer relationships, acquire new business, manage renewals and expansions, and sell recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions. Maintain Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, achieve revenue targets, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. The role is hybrid in Atlanta or Groton and includes periodic travel for conferences and client events.

Coordinate marketing intake, priorities, timelines, resources, calendars, planning meetings, and cross-functional initiatives across campaigns, communications, sponsorships, PR, social media, and internal communications. Develop leadership and stakeholder presentations, maintain brand assets and templates, document marketing processes, and support consistent brand governance and execution.
