Supports Outside Sales associates and manages the sales process for select accounts from prospecting through close. Responsibilities include lead generation, customer service, quotes, purchase orders, pricing, product availability, order fulfillment, back-order resolution, estimating, proposals, and project management. Advises City leadership and builds relationships with council members, residents, developers, commissions, and community partners. Manages complex development and funding agreements, improves services, addresses sensitive community issues, and develops a high-performing team while advancing long-term growth and reinvestment goals.

Build and operate internal platform infrastructure supporting software and hardware development, testing, deployment, and release workflows for autonomous vehicles. Develop shared services for workflow orchestration, observability, remote development, authentication, and multimodal test execution. Provide incident response and internal customer support, improve reliability and scalability, troubleshoot complex issues, establish engineering standards, and mentor other engineers.

Develop fan-centric sports marketing strategies for brands across sponsorships, social, experiential, and other channels. Lead commercial lines actuarial analyses supporting reserving, forecasting, financial planning, risk evaluation, and strategic decisions. Develop and govern actuarial models, methodologies, and assumptions; assess business opportunities and emerging risks; present recommendations to senior leadership; partner cross-functionally; improve analytical processes through automation; and mentor actuarial talent.

Leads technology partnership strategy across Chicago and the broader regional ecosystem. Builds relationships with universities, national laboratories, research consortia, and government stakeholders; develops collaborative research programs and joint funding proposals; evaluates and transitions partnerships into execution; represents PsiQuantum in technical forums; advises universities on quantum workforce needs; and supports regional recruiting and talent pipelines.

Conduct mixed-methods UX research, primarily usability and quality-validation testing, across the full study lifecycle. Recruit participants, scope studies, analyze results, communicate findings, and recommend improvements. Coach product designers and managers, build scalable research templates and workflows, maintain the research library and tool stack, manage participant panels and study logistics, and coordinate vendor procurement. Over time, assume ownership of research direction for product areas while supporting research operations and stakeholder enablement.
