Build Sailor Health’s foundational data platform from scratch. Responsibilities include developing Snowflake and dbt pipelines integrating EHR, CRM, and communications data; creating data-powered web applications; automating clinical and billing workflows with Python; analyzing therapy transcripts and patient data using AI and machine learning; tracking clinical outcomes; and designing scalable data architectures in collaboration with clinicians, engineers, founders, and other teams.

Collaborates with security, platform, data science, and engineering teams to improve data reliability and operational excellence. Requires strong SQL, data engineering, Azure, DevOps, and data security experience, along with US citizenship.

Translates environmental regulatory requirements into data specifications, business rules, workflows, system requirements, and technical documentation. Supports permitting, compliance, enforcement, reporting, system modernization, integration, data quality, process mapping, gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and staff training. Collaborates with regulatory program and IT teams in a hybrid Virginia-based role.
