Develops sales across the West region for Pentair’s Manitowoc and Everpure water equipment brands. The role builds channel-partner and end-user relationships, generates new business, manages sales funnels, recommends water-treatment equipment, coordinates regional sales programs, attends trade shows, communicates customer requirements internally, resolves field issues, and provides market feedback. The position is remote when not traveling and requires weekly and overnight travel across the western United States and parts of Canada.

It partners with product leaders to implement AI-assisted workflows, develops scalable processes, presents performance insights to clients, and supports retention through consistent, measurable work.

Sell prepaid funeral planning and preneed insurance services through qualified, pre-set client appointments. Build relationships, listen to families’ needs, explain planning options, close sales, and develop community connections. Representatives receive appointment-setting support, marketing resources, mentorship, coaching, and incentive opportunities. A current life insurance license or ability to obtain one is required, while consultative sales experience is preferred.

Manages club sales and service operations, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, member acquisition, fitness and retail sales, retention, lead management, local marketing, onboarding, and complaint resolution. Establishes and tracks revenue goals, reviews performance metrics, coordinates fitness initiatives, and ensures an exceptional member experience. Reports to the General Manager and leads Sales and Service team members.

Generate qualified sales pipeline by researching and account-planning target brands, conducting personalized outbound outreach, cold calling, and opening opportunities. Own pipeline forecasting and data quality while partnering with sales and marketing on top-of-funnel strategy. Improve the outbound engine through AI-powered sourcing, research, prioritization, messaging, sequencing, and workflow optimization. Help evaluate sales tools, refine processes, and contribute to team growth.

Coordinates facilities projects including MAC work orders, furniture installations, small construction or fit-up projects, scheduling, logistics, documentation, procurement, purchase orders, vendor management, budget tracking, and invoice reconciliation. Supports project managers, maintains records, facilitates meetings, tracks action items, and documents process improvements and compliance with design standards.
