The Senior Corporate Paralegal supports an in-house legal team by managing contract intake, administration, execution, renewals, and obligations. The role maintains corporate entity records, registrations, filings, and governance documentation; supports conflicts, ethical walls, collections, bankruptcy filings, legal spend, subpoenas, compliance questionnaires, and document collection. Additional responsibilities include legal and regulatory research, tracking developments, maintaining contract databases, and supporting cross-functional legal initiatives.

Design, develop, test, release, and maintain scalable full-stack SaaS applications, APIs, integrations, backend services, and data-access components. Guide architecture and technical decisions, diagnose complex production issues, and improve security, reliability, performance, and maintainability. Use AI-assisted and agentic tools responsibly, collaborate across engineering and business teams, and mentor developers. The role owns software through the full lifecycle, from discovery and implementation to production support and continuous improvement.
