Partners with Sales, Finance, Solutions, regional leaders, and executives to improve revenue growth, retention, profitability, win rates, and pricing effectiveness. Develops scalable pricing frameworks, toolkits, KPIs, and best practices while driving organizational alignment and continuous improvement.

Supports Costa Rican accounting and compliance operations through financial analysis, reconciliations, month-end close, tax and regulatory reporting, audits, fixed-asset accounting, and internal controls. Manages PROCOMER filings, customs and imports through TICA, statutory books, bank reconciliations, and Free Trade Zone obligations. Partners cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, Strategy, and other stakeholders to improve processes, investigate variances, and enhance operational efficiency.

Lead development, implementation and oversight of enterprise risk management for TransUnion Hong Kong. Perform risk reviews, prepare governance reports, support regulatory interactions, collaborate with stakeholders and assurance functions, advise senior leaders, and drive remediation and risk-framework embedding across the business.

Supports international income tax provision, compliance, transfer pricing, forecasting, tax disclosures, and cross-border planning across global operations. Prepares ASC 740 calculations, tax workpapers, reporting schedules, and financial analyses; researches tax legislation; coordinates with subsidiaries and external advisors; and supports structuring, acquisition due diligence, and international tax initiatives. The role requires collaboration with finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

Lead and coach an AP, P2P, and T&E operations team to meet SLAs and controls. Serve as escalation for complex invoice and expense issues, monitor performance metrics, manage workload and resources, train staff, partner with stakeholders/vendors, and drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Lead international segment monthly and quarterly consolidation across ~30 countries, ensuring U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements, SOX controls, intercompany accounting, and consolidated SEC schedules. Manage and mentor regional and offshore accounting resources, support M&A purchase accounting and integrations, coordinate internal/external audit requests, and drive process and technology improvements for the global accounting function.

Perform record-to-report accounting tasks including daily AP/AR monitoring, month-end close, preparation of management accounts, schedules, and reconciliations. Prepare and reconcile billing, tax, P&L and ad-hoc reports. Present findings to stakeholders and collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and Product to improve systems and reporting. Use PeopleSoft/Hyperion and Microsoft Office applications.

Support TransUnion Philippines FP&A by managing budgeting, forecasting, monthly P&L analysis, financial models, KPIs, and stakeholder reporting to inform operational and strategic decisions.
