Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of CMBS transactions, set up net cashflow models, monitor pool and property performance, identify risks, prepare reports, support research publications, coordinate with operations and tech teams, and manage and develop a team of analysts.

Develops and runs structured finance cash flow models for securitization transactions using Intex, Python, and proprietary platforms. Reviews legal documents, analyzes waterfalls and structural features, reconciles issuer assumptions to rating methodology, validates numerical inputs, and presents findings to senior staff and rating committees. Independently manages complex transactions, supports credit analysis, and mentors junior analysts.

Execute accounts payable and receivable transactions, billing inquiries, customer query resolution, bank reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities. Support process transitions to the India shared service center, coordinate with global finance teams, resolve errors, track KPIs and SLAs, and identify process improvements while maintaining accuracy and customer service standards.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, spend analysis, and performance analysis for central functions. Provides financial insights to business leaders, ensures consistent FP&A processes across regions, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops mitigation plans. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, analyzing variances, preparing reconciliations, supporting GL, AP, AR, billing, revenue, accruals, intercompany, and expense accounting, and advising on complex transactions. The role partners with shared services and cross-functional finance teams while driving standardization, automation, close-cycle improvements, and technology adoption.

Support month‑ and quarter‑end close for Wealth entities across EMEA West, prepare regulatory and board reporting, model regulatory capital and stress tests, maintain financial risk register, collaborate with compliance, and improve controllership and reporting processes.
