Prepare and reconcile project cost accounting records, charge materials and labor to work orders, enter CPR and fixed asset transactions, assist month-end close and audits, track contractor invoices and retainage, and support asset capitalization and reporting for utility construction projects.

Support operations finance and construction project delivery by tracking contract-level financial performance, preparing monthly statements, performing variance analysis, supporting budgets/forecasts, maintaining cost tracking models, and assisting month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance. Partner with operations and project teams to identify risks, forecast cost-to-complete, and provide decision support through financial modeling and reporting.

Manage and report project financials for construction projects: reconcile accounts, produce cash flow and cost-to-complete reports, verify change orders and payment requests, track bonds/insurance and project documentation, maintain PMIS (e-Builder), review AIA payment applications, monitor budgets versus actuals, support forecasting, collaborate with project teams and periodically visit project sites.
