Serve as second-line compliance oversight for the Chief Financial and Strategy Office. Lead multinational tax compliance and planning: prepare and file corporate, VAT and indirect tax returns; manage audits and transfer pricing; prepare tax provisions; advise leadership on cross-border tax strategies; coordinate internal stakeholders and external advisors; implement tax-efficient structures and foster tax compliance across the organization.

Lead corporate strategic planning and finance transformation initiatives, modernizing ERP and automation. Build financial models and business cases for M&A, market entry, and product investments. Drive cross-functional projects with Finance, Product, and Sales, implement advanced analytics and reporting, and communicate strategic and financial performance to executive stakeholders.

Lead day-to-day accounting including general ledger, monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Build annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Strengthen controls, document processes, coordinate audits/tax/compliance, and partner with executive leadership. Supervise a part-time accounting team member, identify system and process improvements, and remain hands-on while professionalizing the finance function.

Lead accounting operations for a multi-entity hospitality portfolio including GL, AP/AR, payroll, cash management, and intercompany. Manage close processes, prepare GAAP financial statements, maintain controls, coordinate audits, support openings/acquisitions, drive process improvements, and mentor the accounting team.

Support corporate development across the MSG family by building business plans, financial models, and market research; assist M&A, equity investments, due diligence, deal structuring, and presentations for senior management while coordinating cross-functional and external advisors.

Lead month-end close, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare financial reports, manage SubGuard subcontractor insurance program, oversee project setup and owner contract tracking, handle accounts receivable and tax filings, ensure GAAP compliance, support internal audits, and supervise and mentor corporate accounting staff while driving process improvements.
