Designs and delivers professional development, compliance, onboarding, and skills-based training through in-person, virtual, and asynchronous formats. Serves as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Safe Crisis Management instructor, maintains certifications, evaluates training effectiveness, monitors compliance, and reports learning requirements. Partners with HR and program leaders to identify development needs, support mentoring, facilitate team-building and wellness activities, and strengthen staff capability across agency locations.

Provide proactive administrative, scheduling, travel, communication, and operational support to the CEO. Manage complex calendars, meetings, board and investor coordination, itineraries, briefing materials, confidential information, expenses, and initiative tracking.
