Reviews and evaluates claim forms and supporting documentation for product liability, class action, and mass tort matters. Identifies discrepancies, applies legal judgment, responds to claimants and counsel by phone and in writing, and collaborates with attorneys and project managers. Sell to engineering, product, AI, and executive stakeholders; lead technical evaluations with engineers; develop champions, messaging, sales processes, and repeatable deal patterns; and relay customer and market insights to Product and Engineering.

Leads automation and MES workstreams for large capital projects, overseeing design, development, configuration, testing, validation, commissioning, startup, and integration. Manages cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and cGMP compliance.
