Manages improvement projects, change management, training, documentation, stakeholder reporting, and continuous system refinement across areas including procurement, inventory, HR, budgeting, and facilities.

Transforms Quality Management System data into actionable insights through analytics, dashboards, KPI reporting, and automation. Develops and maintains Power BI reports covering corrective actions, supplier quality, audits, customer issues, and QMS effectiveness. Integrates and governs quality data across enterprise systems, identifies trends and risks, supports process improvement, and communicates findings to technical and business stakeholders. Mentors team members and travels domestically up to 10%.

Owns marketing performance reporting, KPI frameworks, attribution, funnel measurement, and dashboard development across digital channels. Builds and integrates web, CRM, sales, and customer datasets using SQL, Databricks, BigQuery, and visualization tools. Analyzes user behavior, campaign performance, conversion, retention, and revenue influence to recommend personalization and optimization strategies. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, and Data teams while ensuring data quality, privacy compliance, and consistent tracking taxonomies.

Creates compelling data visualizations using Planet’s satellite imagery, remote sensing data, and complementary datasets. Collaborates with Marketing, Communications, media, and creative teams to accurately communicate complex technical concepts through graphics, animation, video, presentations, and other content. Applies cartographic and visualization best practices, supports external imagery distribution, and serves as an internal data visualization expert. The role requires advanced geospatial software and Python skills and is hybrid in San Francisco.

Owns PMO scorecards, executive dashboards, performance metrics, and recurring reporting. Consolidates and analyzes data from multiple systems, including Excel, Access, Planview, ERP platforms, and Power BI. Performs trend analysis, communicates insights to leadership, and identifies risks and improvement opportunities. Leads reporting automation, standardization, data-quality improvements, and scalable business intelligence solutions while collaborating with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and leadership teams.

Own sales forecasting and pipeline reporting on the Anaplan platform. Partner with Field Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable reporting for forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, territory oversight, strategic initiatives, and performance tracking. Ensure data accuracy across systems, translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions, coordinate priorities across teams, and communicate reporting changes to stakeholders.

Own GTM reporting and analytics across Salesforce, warehouse systems, Tableau, and Excel. Build trusted dashboards, define metrics, investigate data quality issues, and lead analysis for pipeline, forecasting, territory design, capacity planning, productivity, and resource allocation. Partner with GTM, CRM, Data, and Systems stakeholders to improve reporting architecture and support leadership decisions. Use AI tools to automate analysis and develop internal analytics workflows.

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for contract data environments, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, PRISM outputs, and Power BI dashboards. Develop and test database fields, reports, dashboards; extract, validate, and document contract/procurement data; support migrations and knowledge transfer.

Analyze and document business strategies, brand activities, consumer contacts and social media. Collaborate with SMEs and tech partners to establish technical vision, produce reports and insights to support product, promotion and consumer-service decisions across the organization.
