Owns Vensure’s end-to-end monthly commissions cycle, including ARR modeling, revenue audits, commission calculations, quality control, payouts, journal entries, amortization, accruals, and financial close activities. Leads approximately nine specialists, maintains workflow continuity and SOPs, partners with Sales, Payroll, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and external partners, and drives process improvement and automation across commission systems and data sources.
