Associate Attorney – Bankruptcy
A boutique mortgage default law firm in Peachtree Corners, Georgia is seeking an experienced attorney to join its bankruptcy group. The right candidate will have at least 2-3 years of consumer bankruptcy experience and be a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while remaining focused and utilizing a high level of attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Draft and review documents.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients, Trustees, opposing counsel, and Courts.
- Attend hearings in local Bankruptcy Courts.
- Assist in maintaining procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
