The Junior Business Development Manager will engage in sales training, build lead pipelines, make cold calls, and manage customer accounts to achieve sales targets.

Drive direct sales into assigned K-12 SLED accounts in upstate NY. Build territory plans, develop executive relationships, coordinate proposals/RFPs, negotiate contracts, and deploy Fortinet security solutions to meet sales quotas.

Provide Level I (and some Level II) NOC support for residential and small business customers. Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, PON, Internet, and VoIP issues; document tickets; perform callbacks; handle new installation setups; monitor systems and respond to events; escalate and resolve order or service issues while communicating clearly with customers.

Manage and maintain point-of-sale (POS) inventory: receive, sort, create and track POS items in Eostar/POS Tool, fulfill POS requests, keep POS room organized and safe, coordinate deliveries, and communicate inventory status with sales and brand teams.

Provide administrative support for operations including cash handling, deposits, mail screening, data entry, onboarding, basic dispatch/will-call coverage, supply and facility upkeep, occasional bank/site visits, and event support. Follow procedures independently, maintain records, assist with inventory/ECOMM needs, and adhere to safety and company policies.

Support North American product strategy and full lifecycle for professional tools: coordinate R&D, testing, launches, go-to-market, and post-launch performance while engaging customers, sales, and distributors and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Lead content-led SEO strategy and delivery for UK and international clients: set roadmaps, translate strategy into briefs, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, perform audits, keyword/topic research, on-page optimisation, quality-assure content, define measurement frameworks, apply AI responsibly, and mentor junior staff to improve organic performance and integration with wider marketing.
