The Territory Sales Representative grows sales across assigned retail routes by managing customer relationships, prospecting new business, supporting sales drivers, negotiating promotions and displays, addressing out-of-stock issues, and ensuring stores receive quality service. The role requires frequent customer visits, route and inventory coordination, safety compliance, product knowledge, timely communication with management, and operation of a company vehicle.

Manage and grow an established territory by strengthening relationships with existing industrial customers, developing new business, conducting on-site consultative visits, preparing quotes and orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and territory reporting.

Develop robust, operator-executable CMM programs and measurement systems, troubleshoot CMMs, train inspection operators, apply GD&T and metrology methods, perform MSA/SPC and measurement uncertainty analysis, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.
