Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys and paralegals in civil litigation: prepare and proof legal documents, file in state and federal courts, manage document systems (iManage), calendaring (CompuLaw), prepare binders/charts, schedule/travel/expense processing, and maintain case files and administrative tasks.

Provide legal support for broker-dealer and advisory lines: draft, review, negotiate commercial and technology agreements; advise business teams on commercial, product, and regulatory matters; support compliance and monitor regulatory developments to enable scalable, risk-balanced solutions.

Use specialist Private Equity legal expertise to research, write, edit, and maintain Practical Law content; support development and application of AI-powered legal solutions and internal AI editorial tools; liaise with lawyers and internal teams to ensure content reflects market practice.

Manage and improve sell-side commercial contracting lifecycle, build contract governance, controls, and workflows tied to ASC 606 and SOX needs. Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Revenue Ops) to ensure accurate revenue recognition, disclosure support, and scalable contracting processes; deploy LLM/AI tooling to increase throughput.

Report on election litigation by pitching and writing breaking news, analyses, explainers, and deep dives; comb court filings for story angles; track cases with Research; build sources; collaborate with editors and cross-functional teams; produce social, video, and newsletter content; and occasionally travel for on-the-ground coverage.
