Develop and maintain enterprise applications supporting creator rights and royalty payments. Own features across Vue.js front ends and Java/Spring Boot back ends, participate in architecture and Agile development, write and review code, design and test data-driven solutions, improve engineering standards, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and work with large-scale data, AWS services, distributed systems, and microservices.

Leads a marketing and creative team supporting strategic pursuits across the Americas. Oversees pursuit strategy, proposal development, presentations, client messaging, creative services, quality control, resource allocation, and operational improvements. Provide hands-on IT support for the Washington, D.C. office, including service desk troubleshooting, Windows and macOS device lifecycle management, conference room and AV systems, printers, connectivity, and Office 365 administration. Manage user access and licensing, proactively resolve technical issues, and occasionally travel to operational and test facilities to establish and support local IT environments. Experience with Intune, Jamf, PowerShell, or Python is beneficial.
