Provides technical accounting judgment across US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP; oversees controls, SOX compliance, legal-entity reporting, audit engagement, regulatory obligations, and US GAAP-to-local GAAP bridges. The role also leads integration of an acquired digital payments business, drives remediation and reporting processes, and develops global controllership teams.

Leads finance business partnership for Mastercard’s Global Open Finance business, overseeing planning, forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and executive reporting. Advises senior leadership on growth, resource allocation, performance, and business risks. Partners with product, technology, engineering, accounting, and FP&A teams, supports regulated board and audit activities, and leads a team of finance managers, including career development and succession planning.

Evaluate and structure high-value customer deals across Southeast Asia. Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases; assess risk, profitability, pricing, and investment returns; support negotiations; align commercial agreements with approved financial structures; and advise senior finance, legal, and business stakeholders on strategic opportunities and governance improvements.

Manage customer and counterparty credit risk across Asia Pacific financial institutions, fintechs, payment companies, and other Mastercard network participants. Responsibilities include credit analysis, financial statement review, risk ratings, exposure limits, portfolio monitoring, stress assessments, mitigation strategies, reporting, onboarding support, risk governance, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Own software capitalization decisions and lifecycle management for Mastercard’s internally developed software portfolio. Partner with Technology, Finance, Controllership, and other stakeholders to apply accounting guidance, ensure policy compliance, resolve data and process issues, and identify financial risks. Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and management insights. Improve capitalization processes and reporting systems while translating complex technology initiatives into financial and accounting impacts.

Leads global consolidated financial reporting, monthly close analysis, SEC filings, earnings materials, audit coordination, and executive financial insights. Partners across finance, controllership, tax, treasury, investor relations, and external audit teams. Drives accounting standard assessments, reporting process improvements, automation, scalability, and internal control enhancements while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

Manages deal incentive forecasting, compliance tracking, payment processing, portfolio performance analysis, financial modeling, contract budgeting, and key-driver reporting for US customer segments. Builds relationships with Sales, management, and external customers while supporting reporting, business process improvement, and ad hoc financial analysis.

Lead OpenPages configuration, enhancements, UAT, and adoption for Internal Audit. Translate auditor requirements into technical specs, partner with developers, produce reporting/metrics, and deliver training and change management. Support integration of AI (WatsonX) capabilities, optimize workflows, and drive audit automation and analytics.

Leads North America FP&A strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, target setting, executive reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional finance teams to identify risks, opportunities, and management actions. Oversees governance, SOX awareness, reporting integrity, and audit support while championing AI adoption in finance workflows. Develops finance talent and supports strategic decisions through clear insights and executive presentations.

Supports and enhances revenue control processes, reporting, compliance, and risk mitigation. Analyzes business data to develop insights, metrics, and recommendations; partners with stakeholders to address control gaps and improve processes. Leads projects, documents procedures and control evidence, tracks action plans, and supports audit and investigative activities while managing multiple priorities.
