Candidates need an accounting or finance degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and advanced Microsoft Office skills; SAP S/4HANA and tax knowledge are advantageous.

The Costing Analyst collects and analyzes costing data, conducts cost variance analyses, collaborates with factories, manages timelines, and supports process improvements.

Six-month FP&A internship supporting capital expenditure and depreciation management, monthly and quarterly reporting, planning, accrual reviews, business analysis, and marketing finance processes across APAC. Partner with EMEAI Wholesale Sales to own budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting. Provide commercial and financial analysis to improve profitability, support 3-year planning, evaluate store/project ROI, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Manage cross-functional relationships and contribute to projects and continuous improvement.

The analyst will prepare financial reports, develop forecasts, analyze variances, and support month-end close processes at Kate Spade.

Lead FP&A activities including managing and improving driver-based forecasting models, explaining variances and trends, preparing ad-hoc analysis, partnering with Marketing, Transportation, Store Construction, Customer Care, Facilities and Lease teams, and identifying cost-optimization opportunities to support profitable growth.

Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to manage store and digital SG&A budgets, drive monthly cost reviews, build payroll KPIs using SAP and Hyperion, manage store P&L, and identify cost-efficiency opportunities to improve profitability.
