Sales Planning & Performance ManagementManage sales, discount and margin planning for Singapore and Malaysia, supporting AOP and long-range planning and owning quarterly outlooks and monthly forecasts.
Track performance against Plan, latest forecast and Prior Year, explaining the key drivers, gaps and levers in a clear and balanced way.
Manage gross margin performance and set targets, working closely with Global Finance and the local Inventory Management team to align assumptions and track delivery.
Own the overall risks and opportunities view, including gross margin, keep plans current as trading conditions change and bring the right teams together to agree actions and owners.
Partner with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital and Operations to support decisions that drive sustainable, profitable growth.
Support the F&B team on topline management and performance tracking, providing clear visibility on drivers, risks and actions.
Own analysis on pricing changes and promotions, assessing the impact on sales, gross margin and funnel metrics.
Work closely with Merchandising and other cross-functional teams to align the scope, assumptions and approach, bring together a 360-degree view of the business impact and translate the analysis into practical recommendations.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
7+ years of progressive experience in Retail Finance, FP&A or business finance, ideally within retail, consumer products or an omnichannel environment.
Strong experience in sales, discount and margin planning, forecasting, performance analysis and business case development.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong financial modelling and presentation capabilities; experience with SAP, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Power BI or similar tools is preferred.
Comfort using modern analytical and productivity tools, including AI, to improve finance processes and decision support.
Strong retail judgment and curiosity, with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
Confident and adaptable in a fast-changing environment, with the ownership and judgment to operate independently.
